We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Summer Interns to join our team. We will be holding two intern programs for the 2024 Summer: Transaction Management & Marketing.
*Can work out of our Allentown office or Bethlehem office

Transaction Management Internship
Responsibilities:

• Transaction Support: Assist in the management of real estate transactions, including the agreement of sales, real estate paperwork, and documentation.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule various activities within the brokerage, such as property showings, inspections, and closings, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the transaction process.
• Documentation: Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed, organized, and filed according to industry standards and company procedures.
• ​​Data Entry: Enter and update transaction data into the company's database and management systems.
• Client Support: Provide support to clients and agents, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns related to transactions.

Qualifications: 

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field with an interest in Real Estate investing, development or sales.
• Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of real estate practices and terminology is a plus but not required.

Marketing Internship
Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
• ​​Lead Generation: Implement strategies to identify and capture potential leads and prospects through various digital channels.
• Content Creation: Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including blog posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• ​Digital Advertising: Collaborate on the planning and execution of online advertising campaigns to promote property listings and the firm's services.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• ​Branding: Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and channels

Qualifications: 

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• ​​​Basic understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.​
